About

The vision of The Caring Hand was born in the Latin American countries where some of us observed the most horrific site. Orphaned, homeless and destitute children perused through garbage piles. This was just a prelude to something much worse. At the city's garbage dumps scavenging kids like animals sought for scraps of food and clothing. At another dump little kids were sniffing cans of paint and other chemical refuse; hungry and homeless they were drowning their nightmares in intoxicating yet poisonous vapors, perhaps hastening the looming end to their misery. What others do for fun these kids were doing out of immeasurable by any means despair. Since that day we have decided to do something about the garbage kids of not only Latin America, but also all industrialized countries where wealth and poverty neighbor each other. Something must be done. This cannot go on. As long as decent people still walk this planet they must be first inspired and then involved. The Caring Hand's goal is to do just that. We need your help in this endeavor. Problems like these cannot be solved by just giving alone, but also through education and information exchange. Our long-term goals include shelters and orphanages and educational centers for both the donor as well as the beneficiaries of our charity, the children.

THE CARING HAND M. C. Has been established in 2005. Most of our members are German-speaking, from Germany, Austria and Switzerland, that is not to say that English-speaking members are not welcome to join.

Our prime objective is to reach the needy and oppressed, mainly in India where we oversee many churches. We feed and clothe many orphans.

We need your help.

In the 1990's the World Vision Organization built an orphanage and a school, but the 10-year long contract was not renewed and the building was left in disrepair. The Apostle Ruben Angelakurthi died suddenly, from overwork. This dedicated Evangelist and Apostle left to his children the responsibility to care for the poor and the children. Not being able to manage it all on their own the family approached our ministry, Luxum Light World Evangelism for help. We have responded and ever since we have been ministering in India.

The Hindu cast, we've been told, controls the society and no Christ-centered public activities are allowed. However, the former World Vision's area was purchased by the family.

Tent Revival
We have revived the Indian foundation for the Endowment of culture and education; we support pastors, caretakers and their families.

At present we support 35 orphans and are in the process of restoration of the House of Mercy. We are making ready the House of Mercy for dormitories, and classes with proper facilities like kitchen and sanitary washrooms.

We have fenced the area and planted new trees to the delight of the locals.

We teach people general cleanliness for the area by setting up garbage bins and building walkways so that people do not track mud.

Indian people are beautiful and very clean when it comes to personal hygiene, but they seem to lack that same discipline for the environment.

Cyclones are frequent in the area; it is flat and with scarce vegetation, which has been abused and over-exploited. We are teaching the people to not only care for their own bodies, but also for their environment, this practical teaching starts with kids - their next generation.

As stewards of this planet we are responsible for its climate, which vegetation - or lack of it - contributes detrimentally or beneficially.

The Caring Hand is caring for the needs of others not only the self.

Our ministry's resources come from private donors, loving and caring people.

Would you be God's caring hand also?

Thank you and may God richly bless you for being a peacemaker in these end-times.
